This report presents a renewed commitment 

to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030, the aspect of domestic revenue mobilization to finance the SDGs has become critical. Currently, public finance is the largest resource in the financing landscape, which is shrinking given the impact of COVID-19 and the Ukraine-Russia war on economic activities and the revenue base. Raising domestic revenue mobilization remains a high priority of the government. This report focuses on the Diaspora Bonds and Development Funds to raise revenue.

The design combines, infographics, illustrations, photographs and pullouts to compliment the layout and reinforce the text messages.
