"Sand & Sea"

 

This unique beach tray is perfect for serving drinks and snacks or as a beautiful gift. Inspired by nature, it is a one of a kind functional piece of art. The themed tray is handcrafted by me – Karen Kelleher Carneiro, signed and dated.

 

The wooden tray has been enhanced with silver leaf, lace paper and patinas in blue and green. Protected with a glossy resin finish, easily wiped clean with a wet cloth.

 

The decorative tray has layered photos of a beach, the sea and rocks stacked on the sand. Adorned with brightly painted leaf skeletons, purple and green glass chips, with a translucent shell on the top. The sides are painted a shabby chic blue embellished with a cowrie shell and varnished with a protective coating. The bottom is felt lined in a creamy white with rubber feet.
