UNIFEM the women’s fund at the United Nations (currently UNWomen) provides financial support and technical assistance to innovative programmes promoting women’s human rights, gender equality, economic and political empowerment.
The design of this annual focused on the rights of women, a world free of violence against women, gender equality and empowerment. UNIFEM specifications were for a bold, colorful and multi-cultural approach to the design; the end result met their requirements and one, which they were very pleased with.
