Comissão National de Eleições (National Electoral Commission) is one of the two Electoral Bodies that overseas the elections in Timor-Leste.

This booklet addresses the competencies of the CNE, the expectations from the media, their rights and responsibilities as journalists during the campaign and electoral period. This publication was a guide in training sessions for the media.
