Comissão National de Eleições (National Electoral Commission) is one of the two Electoral Bodies that overseas the elections.

​

This is a comprehensive dictionary of electoral terms and acronyms in Portuguese and Tetum with detailed explanations and examples. The publication also addresses language idiosyncrasies; Tetum being a fairly new language and not having a full vocabulary. I designed the layout with photographs and color-tabbed pages for a user-friendly guide.
