Assessment report on gender meetings heldpost elections. The Gender Empowerment Programme conducted 18 meetings with women holding positions in political parties throughout the 13 districts of Timor-Leste. The meetings assessed the needs and obstacles these women face. Derived from these assessments training programmes were initiated to fulfill their electoral-based needs.
