Memory Jewelry Box - Custom order - SOLD
“Memories”

 

This unique Memory box is a handcrafted custom order. It is a one of a kind functional piece of art custom made for as a gift for her partner highlighting the places they have traveled and things they have done together.

 

The request was to use photographs she supplied of places that had meaning to the couple. The box was copper leafed with a read and blue patina rub. I painted the backdrop for the photographs with encaustic wax to create a landscape. The box is adorned with palm leaves, skeleton leaves, lace-like paper, birds, geodes, glass chips and a steers skull. 

 

The customer loved the box, exactly what she was wanting.
